The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 07.12.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 419 of 2010 whereby the writ petition of the petitioner was disposed of in terms of order dated 15.05.2014 passed in L.P.A. No. 1569 of
Patna High Court MJC No.623 of 2018 (2) dt.23-04-2018 2/2 2010. The competent authorities were also directed to examine the case of the petitioner and if the same is found identical then decide the issue between the parties in light of the order passed in L.P.A. No. 1569 of 2010 dated 15.05.2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt/ production of copy of the order dated 07.12.2017.
It appears that the writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No. 419 of 2010 was filed by two petitioners, namely, (1) Archana Kumari and (2) Ruchi Kumari. But the present modification application has been filed by only one petitioner. i.e., Ruchi Kumari. I find no merit in the present modification application and the same is dismissed.
