2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of MJC No. 707 of 2025 which has been dismissed due to noncompliance of the order dated 18.04.2025.

3. For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 4 to6 of the petition, MJC No. 3216 of 2025 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.1,000/- to Bihar State Legal Services Authority.

4. Accordingly, MJC No. 707 of 2025 is restored to its original file.
