2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The present petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Sub Judge- Ist, Purnea to dispose of Title Suit No. 359 of 2013 at the earliest.

4. Since the petitioner has approached this Court with limited prayer for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 359 of 2013, I do not think there is any need to issue notice to the respondents.

5. Considering the fact that the Title Suit is pending before the learned trial court for more than ten years and the petitioner, who is plaintiff before the learned trial court is more than 80 years old, the learned trial court is directed to take up the matter showing urgency and dispose of the same within a year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this court without giving unnecessary adjournments to the parties.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the present petition stands disposed of.
