This writ petition has been filed for quashing of the office order as contained in Memo No. 805 dated 29.09.2016 issued under the signature of the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Magadh Division, Gaya (Respondent No. 3) by which the petitioner has been dismissed from the post of Assistant Teacher, Government Girls Middle, School, Nawada and to command the respondents to grant all consequential

Patna High Court CWJC No.14729 of 2023(2) dt.12-11-2024 2/2 benefits including full salary for the period from 01.03.2016 to 28.09.2016 as also the retiral benefits with effect from 31.05.2023.

3. At very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition is squarely covered with judgment dated 27.02.2024 passed in LPA No. 1219/2023 and analogous case.

Considering the facts as available on record and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is allowed, in view of the judgment dated 27.02.2024 passed in LPA No. 1219/2023 and analogous case, setting aside the order as contained in Memo No. 805 dated 29.09.2016 issued by the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Magadh Division, Gaya (Respondent No. 3).
