2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amour P.S. Case No.105 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 472, 473, 474 & 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Sections 66(C) & 66(D) of I.T. Act have been added.
3. As per the prosecution case, the Police during the course of checking of vehicle apprehended one Amit Kumar Ram who disclosed that he alongwith his gang members including the petitioner use to download the sale deed of other states and thereafter from the said sale deed they obtain the finger prints and Aadhar numbers thereafter by making duplicate finger prints using rubber seal they used to withdraw the amount from the account.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71580 of 2023(3) dt.31-01-2024 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case only on the basis of disclosure made by the co-accused namely Amit Kumar Ram. He further submits that nothing incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He also submits that petitioner is a young boy aged about 22 years old having no criminal antecedent and he is in jail custody since 04.07.2023. Learned counsel submits that charge sheet has already been submitted in this case and there is no chance of absconding the petitioner or tampering with the evidence.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Amour P.S. Case No.105 of 2023.
