JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 346 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, pending in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Nawada. Allegation is of recovery of two litres of liquor each from petitioner Nos. 1 and 2.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail stating that recovery is made from the petitioners.
