2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 249 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 32(iii), 36 and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

3. Recovery is of 952.200 litres of illicit liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2023 and has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
