2. This writ petition has been filed by as many as 18 petitioners seeking a direction to the Bihar Public Service Commission to consider their selection for the post of Head Teacher in terms of selection made pursuant to the Advertisement No. 26/2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the 18 petitioners belongs to different categories such as General, OBC, BC, EWS, SC & ST etc. The 6061 posts of Head Teachers were further categorised for different categories of candidates by earmarking the definite number of posts reserved for the categories mentioned above.

4. Since the petitioners belongs to different categories, the petitioners, therefore, could not have joined together by
