Following reliefs have been sought for in the present writ application on behalf of the petitioner: "For issuance of appropriate order,

Patna High Court CWJC No.7057 of 2018 (2) dt.09-08-2018 direction or writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the respomndents to make payment of arrears of Mondey/salary since the month of May 2012 to till date and current salary of the petitioner for the post of Panchayat Teacher under Gram Panchayat Raj, Dharampur, BlockSarairanjan, District-Samastipur". Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to prefer a statutory appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Samastipur within a period of thirty days from the date of order and the same shall be disposed of by the District Appellate Authority, Samastipur within the statutory period, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
