I have perused the records.

The petitioner seeks a mandamus to the respondentAuthorities for cancelling the election of the respondent no.5 inter alia on grounds that the affidavit filed was forged. Considering that the fresh Panchayat Election has been announced to constitute the 2016 Panchayats, no cause for indulgence is made out at this stage and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
