2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 121(1), 121(2), 132, 109, 191(2), 190 of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and has been made accused in this case only because one of the motorcycle, which was seized on spot, belongs to this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the same, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68060 of 2025(2) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P.S.
