Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Choutham P.S. Case No. 122 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
