The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Piyar (Hatha O.P.) P.S. Case No.94 of 2022 registered under Sections 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that both parties have compromised the case as is evident from Annexure 2. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66990 of 2022(2) dt.19-01-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, East, Muzaffarpur in connection with Piyar (Hatha O.P.) P.S. Case No.94 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
