The grievance of the petitioners is non payment of salary.

Patna High Court CWJC No.20487 of 2019(2) dt.14-10-2019 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that on account of delay in submission of folder for verification of their certificate respondents have stopped payment of salary and restrained the petitioners from working. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that petitioners have now submitted the folder for verification of their certificate.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nawada to verify the record to ascertain the validity of the appointment of the petitioners and decide the claim of the petitioners for payment of salary as well as continuity of service of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
