2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 329 ( 4 ), 352, 351 (2) and 303 ( 2 ) of BNS.

3 . As per the prosecution case, informant namely, Munni devi alleged that this petitioner took photos of informant and threatened her to upload the same on social media and also snatched gold chain from her. It is further alleged that on 18.04.2025 , this petitioner entered the house of informant and misbehaved with her.

4. Considering the seriousness and nature of accusation and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of
