Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/ 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is elder brother of the husband of the victim of dowry death. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the husband of the victim is already in custody. Petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61717 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barahiya Police Station Case No.128 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
