2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 19.03.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 83963 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 333 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 382/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the informant who is deputed as Treasury Reserve Guard has been assaulted by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72081 of 2024(3) dt.17-01-2025 2/3 accused persons and his service revolver and bullets were also looted.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 07.06.2023.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 333 of 2023, subject to the condition that the bailors shall be the close blood relative of the petitioner.

9. As per the condition of this bail order, it is directed that the petitioner will mark his attendance in Khajekala Police Station, District-Patna on every Sunday of each month and will also mark his attendance in Jakkanpur Police Station, District-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72081 of 2024(3) dt.17-01-2025 3/3 Patna on every Wednesday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Stations would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
