The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bounsi P.S.Case No. 79 of 2017 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioner obtained appointment on the strength of forged and fabricated mark-sheet, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application preferred under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is rejected.
