The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 420 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that at best it is a case for offence under section 138 of the NI Act and no offence is attracted under the Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the State as well as the informant oppose the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of dispute, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender
