2. Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Morkahi P.S.Case No.119 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 354B, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, who had attempted to commit rape, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

4. Accordingly, the present bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner is dismissed.
