JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2017 In the present writ application, the following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioners : "(I) That this is an application for quashing the order passed in Appeal Case No.1643 of 2009, dated 17/12/2009 contained in Memo No.598/09, passed by Zila Sikshak Niyojan Appeleya Pradhikar, Katihar and the order passed in Appeal No.1643 of 2009 passed on 16/1/2010 by issuing appropriate writ and further for directing the Respondents not to interfere the service of the petitioners and allow them to continue on the post till the age of superannuation with all service benefits."
Patna High Court CWJC No.21334 of 2012(6) dt.04-12-2017 2/2 Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioners in the present writ application, the petitioners are directed to file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.
It has further been pointed out on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners were granted interim protection vide order dated 03.05.2013.
The petitioners will be at liberty to make a separate application before the State Appellate Authority during the pendency of the appeal within a period of ten days from the date of filing of the appeal and the same shall be disposed of within a period of twenty days from the date of filing of such application. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
