The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Araria P. S. Case No.424 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that there is a case and counter case and there is delay of two days in institution of the FIR, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
