2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 472 of 2023 arising out of Rajoun P.S. Case No. 06 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 498A, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased who has been killed because of demand of dowry.

4. The marriage of the petitioner was solemnized in the year 2019 and the petitioner is in custody since 29.3.2023.

5. The trial has started and out of eight chargesheeted witnesses, four charge-sheeted witnesses have been examined.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court finds no new ground to review its earlier order.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
