2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 103 of the BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the FIR, the informant alleged that on 10.05.2025, while he was at his workplace, he received information that his mother had died. Subsequently, he came to know that his mother had been killed by a gunshot wound to the head.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. During the investigation, informant raised suspicion against this petitioner on the ground that he used to visit the house of the deceased. Petitioner claims

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-IV, Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif (Janipur) P. S. Case No. 735 of 2025.
