JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2015 The petitioner has challenged order dated 13.1.2011 passed by respondent no.5 whereby he has challenged constitution of Nyas Committee.
Counsel for the Board states that the said Committee has been formed under section 32 of the Bihar Hindu Religious Trust Act. However, the has an alternative remedy under section 32(3) of the Act before the District Judge.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. It goes without saying that as the petitioner was pursuing
Patna High Court CWJC No.1927 of 2013 (5) dt.28-07-2015 the remedy before this Court, as such, the leaned judge would sympathetically consider the application for condonation of delay in filing the application.
