2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.256 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Section 87 of B.N.S. Act,2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 25.07.2024 at about 09:00 A.M., the daughter of the informant went to Adarsh Girls High School, Ramgarh for study but she did not returned back. It is further alleged that on search being made by informant, he found that his daughter was kidnapped by the accusedpetitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Due to the love affair, the victim has herself tried to fled
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73442 of 2024(4) dt.17-12-2024 2/2 away with the petitioner. The petitioner has not committed any offence. The charge-sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner in this case and he is in jail custody since 26.07.2024. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to co-operate in the trial.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Mohania, District- Kaimur / Concerned Court in connection with Ramgarh P.S.
