1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 313, 328, 420, 467 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, Sections 22 and 23 of the PCPNDT Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that husband

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67324 of 2022(9) dt.28-03-2024 2/2 of the opposite party no. 2 has been granted the privilege of provisional anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 28.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69681 of 2022. It is further submitted that husband of the opposite party no. 2 has handed over three cheques of Rs.5 lakhs each to the opposite party no. 2 for the present thereafter submits that petitioners are the father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the opposite party no. 2.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 also does not dispute the said submissions of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that husband Rajeev Ranjan of the opposite party no. 2 has been granted the privilege of provisional anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Motihari Mufassil P.S. Case No. 283 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
