JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the concerned Anchal Adhikari under the provisions of The Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 with respect to the claim of the petitioner for mutation of the lands in question and for grant of other appropriate relief(s). Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

It goes without saying that if such a petition is filed on behalf of the petitioner in a prescribed format within a period of two months from today, after impleading all the necessary parties, then the concerned Anchal Adhikari shall be obliged to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law, but before passing any final order opportunity of hearing must be given to all concerned.
