2. The petitioner is a College represented through its Secretary seeking a direction upon the respondent Bihar School Examination Board (For short 'the Board') to take a final decision upon the approval of the Governing Body of the petitioner College, which was duly constituted vide its resolution dated 24.10.2024 and duly forwarded to the Board vide its letter dated 12.11.2024. Despite the decision taken by the Governing

Patna High Court CWJC No.16475 of 2025(2) dt.13-11-2025 2/2 Body and the same having been forwarded to the respondent Board for its approval, till date no decision has been taken compelling the petitioner to before approach this Court.

3. Learned Advocate for the Board seeks a short adjournment to apprise this Court with regard to the present position.

4. Having considered the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court instead of keeping the matter pending thinks it proper to dispose of the same with a direction to the respondents No. 3 and 5 to consider the request of the petitioner for approval to the constitution of Governing Body, as contained in Annexure-9, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the direction and observation as aforesaid.
