The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 379, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, there was case and counter case between the parties. Moreover, the parties have settled

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62294 of 2019(3) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 their dispute by way of compromise which is evident from Annexure-2. Hence, the petitioners may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Vaishali in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2016 subject to the conditions law laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
