JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 16.08.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. No.43105 of 2018. However, again the present application has been filed on the ground that the husband of the deceased has been acquitted after full trial. Earlier on the order dated 16.08.2018 after hearing both the parties, petitioners were directed to surrender within a period of six weeks, but instead of complying the earlier order, after two years the present application has again been filed. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides, in view view of the above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the

With the above observations, this application is dismissed.
