In this case, the petitioner is challenging the appointment of Respondent no. 9 as Anganwari Sevika for Banjhi Pyar, Center No.80, Ward No. 15, P.S.-Barhat, District.-Jamui raising allegation that Respondent no. 9 has wrongly been selected, leaving aside the persons who are above to her in the list, for that, petitioner has filed a complaint/application dated 16/9/2013, which is Annexure-5 series, before the District Magistrate, Jamui, but no action has been taken by

Patna High Court CWJC No.24467 of 2013 dt.25-02-2015 2/2 the Collector.

The Collector is the original authority to examine the grievance with regard to the selection of Anganwari Sevika. As the complaint has already been filed before the District Magistrate, Jamui he is directed to examine the case of the petitioner after giving notice to the private respondent and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law, if already not passed.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
