The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on perusal of Annexure nos. 2 and 3, it appears that the required taxes have already been paid to the concerned department by the petitioner. The petitioner established a brick kiln, for which he made on line registration and his registration was successful and project report was also submitted by the petitioner, which is apparent from Annexure-4 series to the bail application.
