JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is permitted to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 4 and he is directed to dispose off the same within a specified time frame. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation within a period of two weeks from today before the respondent no. 4 and the respondent no. 4 is directed to dispose off the same within a further period of four weeks by a speaking and reasoned order.
