2. By order dated 13.04.2023, in Cr. Misc. No. 59659 of 2022, the regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the fresh ground of renewing the bail petition is that charges have been framed in September, 2023, but up-till now not a single witness has been examined. The second ground is that one co-accused Monu has been granted by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

4. The learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the case and shall take all the endeavours to dispose it of within nine months. If the trial is not concluded within the stipulated

5. Let a copy of this order be made available to the concerned Superintendent of Police with a direction to produce the witnesses before the trial court on the date fixed for their examination. If the witnesses are produced before the trial court, their deposition shall not be deferred. Their examination-in-chief and cross-examination shall be concluded on the same day.

6. If it is found that the expeditions proceeding of the Court is hampered due to act of the petitioner, he would not be entitled to renew his prayer within the stipulated period as mentioned in paragraph No. 4 of this order. 7.The trial court shall not fix a date for more than ten days.

8. The trial court is directed to send a monthly progress report to Arrear Committee, Patna High Court.

9. With these observations/directions, the regular bail petition is disposed of.
