JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 The present application has been filed for correction in the petition (Cr. Misc. No. 51919 of 2019). In that petition, it was wrongly mentioned as "learned Additional Sessions JudgeVII, Patna in place of learned A.C.J.M.-cum-Sub Judge-II, Patna."

Considering the fact that error is innocent, the petition for correction is allowed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this case, the parties entered into a compromise and the main accused has been granted bail by the court below. Considering the aforesaid averment, the Court is inclined to modify the terms and condition, granting bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65371 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-cum-Sub-Judge-II, Patna, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 402 of 2019.
