Patna High Court CWJC No.14478 of 2023(4) dt.07-11-2023 2/3 as withdrawing the impugned order in respect of subject matter of 5046/Technical dated 12.09.2023 and agreement dated 31.12.2022 is restored. Whereas there is no material to show that withdrawal of the impugned communication letter number 3509 dated 12.06.2023, letter No. 1181 dated 10.02.2023, letter No. 2473 dated 26.04.2023, letter No. 3506 dated 12.06.2023.

2. On the other hand, learned senior counsel Mr. Bindhyachal Singh, appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instruction, submitted that all the impugned orders have been withdrawn. To that effect copies of the orders have not been made available. Taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, we proceed to dispose of the present petition as it has become infructuous.

3. Disposal of the present writ petition would not be a hurdle for the petitioner to file interlocutory application for revival of this order in the event of non-withdrawing of letter number 3509 dated 12.06.2023, letter No. 1181 dated 10.02.2023, letter No. 2473 dated 26.04.2023, letter No. 3506 dated 12.06.2023.

4. Even though all the impugned orders are withdrawn reserving liberty to the concerned respondent to take action in accordance with law within a period of three months from the
