The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.988 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 464, 469 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that the petitioner and

Earlier the petitioner had filed a complaint against opposite party no.2 under Section 138 of the N.I. Act and cognizance has also been taken against opposite party no.2 and some payment was made by opposite party no.2. Thereafter the opposite party no.2 has filed the instant case. It is further submitted that the present dispute is with respect to business transaction.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No.988 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
