The present petition has been preferred for the following relief:

(i) for issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) to the respondents to revise the electoral rolls with respect to ward no. 17,19, 20, and 21 of Danapur Nagar Parishad, Patna for Nagar Palika election 2022, in which there are several irregularities have done in the voter list;

Patna High Court CWJC No.16916 of 2022(2) dt.09-08-2023 2/3 (ii) for commanding upon the respondents to correct electoral list of ward no. 20, Danapur Nagar Parishad, Patna for Nagar Palika election 2022, as per the record available and objection raised by the petitioner through many applications dated 14.07.2022 and 22.08.2022. (iii) for directing the respondents to publish a fresh and correct voter list of ward no. 20, Danapur Nagar Parishad, Patna for Nagar Palika Election 2022, as per the inquiry made by the Electoral Registration Officer (Municipal)-Cum-Sub Divisional Officer, Danapur, dated 26.08.2022;

(iv) for quashing the earlier published all voter list, with irregularities and detecting to the respondents, especially to the revisional authority to publish revised and fresh electoral list of Danapur Nagar Parishad ward no. 20, Nagarpalika Election 2022.

(v) for issuance of any other writ order or direction which your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the

If such representation is filed, the respondent no.2 shall take the same to its logical conclusion in next three months.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
