The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Desari O.P. Chandpura P.S. Case No. 54 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.04.2019. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State submits that there is specific allegation against the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, I am not
