08-08-2018 On call, none appeared on behalf of petitioner either to press the petition or to make a prayer for adjournment. Learned counsel for the Bihar State Cooperative Land Development Bank Ltd. (for short "Bank"), in presence of learned A.C. to Government Advocate - 11, submits that it is true that the Bank had earlier filed an appeal against the order of the writ court, vide L.P.A. No. 1269 of 2015, but in view of the fact that order of the writ court was substantially complied with, the appeal subsequently stood dismissed. He further submits that the order of the writ court has already been complied with.
