This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Hulashganj P.S. Case N0. 61 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,324,307,379,386,427,120B,504 , 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It has been pointed out that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court by order, dated 13.09.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38682 of 2017, web copy of which has been produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above named in the event of his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46333 of 2017(2) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistratecum-Sub Judge IV, Jehanabad in Hulashganj P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
