Petitioners seek bail in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal history. Petitioners are in custody since 03.08.2019.
