Shahi, learned senior counsel for the petitioners, under instructions from the assisting counsel, states that in view of intervening developments, at this stage, petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to file a fresh petition on the same and subsequent cause of action. Further, liberty be granted for early listing of the matter. None can have any objection to the same.

As such, present petition permitted to be withdrawn in the aforesaid terms reserving liberty to file a fresh petition on the same and subsequent cause of action.

As and when any such petition is filed, the same shall be listed on priority basis.

Registrar (List) shall take appropriate action. Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
