1. The learned counsel for the respondent-State seeks to file a counter affidavit, which is taken on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted, by referring to the counter affidavit filed in the present case, that the suspension of the petitioner has been revoked and the petitioner has been inflicted with the punishment of three black marks equal to holding of increment for two years in the on going departmental proceeding, vide order dated 12.01.2024, hence the present writ petition be disposed off while granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge
