Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession. The impugned order goes to show that he has been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion and is languishing in jail custody since 02.05.2019.
