Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to redressal of his grievance, petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Saharsa. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Saharsa who shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order expeditiously.
