2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 124 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 329(4), 109, 103(1) & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. All the accused persons including the petitioners entered the house of the informant and started beating all the family members with sticks and rods on various parts of the body. All of them brutally attacked the deceased and killed the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67126 of 2025(2) dt.07-10-2025 2/2 petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. Petitioners are in custody since 24.05.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as the learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the nature of the accusation and the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioners.
7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
