The petitioner is in custody in connection with Panchrukhi (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 279 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 363, 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner kidnapped the victim girl.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2023. He further submits that victim girl got married with the petitioner and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C stated that she had affair with the petitioner and she got married with the petitioner.

Nagar) P.S. Case No. 279 of 2019.
