In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 36 of 2018 (G.R. No. 653 of 2018) registered for offences under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. An allegation has been made that in the night, four persons, namely, Mannu Mandal, Guddu Mandal, Chandan Bhagat and Panna Das came to the house of the Informant on motorcycle and took away her husband. A suspicion has been raised against other 13 persons with whom her husband had land dispute.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after one year of his judicial custody.
